The two most popular affidavits in Immigration Law are affidavit of financial support and affidavit letter of support.
Affidavit of financial support :
is a form that must be properly filled and signed by the person who is accepting financial responsibility for the applicant. Often times, this form is being rejected because it is poorly filled hence jeopardizes the application for adjustment of status. Therefore, it would be prudent to have expert assistance helping you with this.
Affidavit Letter of Support :
this letter serves to attest that your marriage to the petitioner /beneficiary was done in good faith and is used mainly when removing the two year conditional green card. While Affidavits are not mandatory in removing a conditional green card, this strong evidence of a bona fide marriage can help petitioners avoid the interview process at the USCIS.
We at Oasis For Immigrants have created a template for you that is concise and friendly, that USCIS understands and accepts.
